Former Employee My experience on the sales team at PartsBase was very interesting. Big brother energy (management can see everything) & intense/toxic. My colleagues were great all very nice people & enjoyed working with them. For it being remote-first company (which I thought would be great) they take it to the extreme with surveillance on employees. Product itself actually was a cool tool that does have some benefit for the market but be prepared for a ton of high volume cold calling with difficulty in seeing success since the account lists have been hit very very hard. Overall wouldn’t recommend.
