Great company, great people. Core product is best on the market, newer products are less easy sells but good potential. Great progession internally. Only problem is base comp is not good for industry average, however I was internal hire so will be lower.

Great product / ever changing decisions and not sticking to a formula. Culture is not really something thats focused on - alot of benefits have been removed.
