In the early years, Peloton’s rapid growth and innovation fostered a dynamic and inspiring sales environment, contributing to my professional growth and success. However, the last two years have been more challenging, with reduced resources, shifting priorities, and changes in leadership affecting team morale and overall performance. Despite these challenges, I’ve gained invaluable experience, honed my sales skills, and learned to navigate complex situations, making me a more resilient and adaptable professional.
