extremely micromanaging, more than normal pressure, being belittled and compared by the managers, Product is an expensive nice to have that businesses couldn't care less about, company structure is still changing constantly

Overall it’s a very toxic work environment and they don’t believe in SDR role moving into any other sales position. Marketing hasn’t been able to generate consistent leads for over a year and when people start hitting targets management has said they shouldn’t be.
