Former Employee2.9Aug 18, 2025Amazing money on offer if you can deal with it. Incredibly toxic culture. Within my first 6months there, from my team alone, 11 people (max on the team is 18) had left. More people sacked in the meantime. Working expectations from 6am to 10pm Mon-Fri with weekend work expected to hit above KPI numbers or seen as a flop.
