Experience varies widely depending on number of accounts you are seeded. Important to consider if the Opco operates in overlapping territory of another PFG Opco. In that case I’d be weary of working for the smaller of the two.

The company has a hole is strong, but working in the role that I do the division I worked for was a mess in a lot of areas I think leadership plays a big part wherever you are.
