Current Employee My experience was mixed. Initially, I was told that 80% of the team was hitting quota, but I later learned that the actual number was less than 50%. Inbound leads are not distributed fairly, which can make hitting targets challenging. On the positive side, the company does provide support, but that’s largely because they position themselves as an employee experience company within the industry they serve.
This role is not ideal for an experienced SDR looking to advance their career. It’s better suited for someone new to sales who wants to get their foot in the door. Overall, joining was my mistake, as it didn’t align with my goals. Browse Other Reviews
