The products itself are promising and have a decent product market fit. The sales culture on the other hand is slowly dying, people seem unmotivated and leadership seems to think everyone is 100% intrinsically motivated to do their jobs, while not rewarding employees enough financially enough, compared to the market.

The product is good and sure is needed, so that's a great plus but overall, it is not rewarding at all to go the extra mile, while some sales culture around the sales process is kind of old minded.
