My overall experience has been great! The company is young so with that comes inefficient (& undocumented) processes, but management tries to be logical & fair, which is appreciated. I'd say the quota attainment is reasonable & alot of autonomy in your sales process, but they could be doing better with rewarding retention & high performers

Not a lot of long term opportunity, great culture, but comes with a lack of growth
