Hardcore anti sales culture. Low pay compared to other companies. No inbound flow at all. Not a market leader anymore compared to others in data science doing Python. No territories and no way to outbound successfully.

Good product and market fit. But very low morale, no one hitting targets, leadership with no enterprise software sales experience, high turnover, inconsistent GTM strategy and unhappy customers due to recent pricing and product changes.
