Very good company to work for and it has great culture. The pay structure is just a little bad and it is super repetitive which is annoying after a while.

Base compensation is low but the pay structure is solid and you can earn a lot through commissions if you are willing to hustle

Power Home Remodeling will sell you on a dream but in reality you will be grinding day in day out knocking on doors to set appointments for sellers. The money can be good but you will be knocking on doors and it doesn't matter if it is night time, there is a blizzard.
