Overall, my experience was positive. The company offers excellent training and development opportunities, and I definitely grew during my time there. However, the long commute—often 1-2 hours each way—and the fact that drive time isn’t compensated, made the job less worthwhile for me. At times, I even found myself driving during my lunch break. While it’s a great company, it didn't align with the key factors that matter most to me.

It’s a flat out grind, and burnout is inevitable. Truly forces you to grow as a person in grit and makes you question reality and gives new perspective on effort and capability

Good for early start in sales, requires a lot of driving around. Lots of training available and for those who stick in it for years good growth opportunity and a co play growing and creating more higher level opportunities
