I came from teaching so was used to a grind but PS had a very over-work grind culture. CEO made comments about missing kids sports events just to make sales. Rewarded individuals that woke up before 7am and worked through lunch. Expectation to work after hours. But in so many extra hours and still did not get paid my promised OTE.

My team was great. Very "family" orietned (which has pros and cons). The longer I stayed, the longer I saw the negative sides of Prestige. Started implementing micro-managing tactics as the year went south for hiring. Teams in other offices have horrible leaders which only care about production and nothing else.
