Accept this role if you want great compensation and a toxic job. There's little to no training to develop your skills. The "leaders" will backstab you. They do "phantom Pips" and when you're let go, you will not see it coming. They "lead" by fear and their whole org is walking on eggshells. Irony is they preach culture and teamwork on LinkedIn. Steer clear.

Excellent team with Visionary leaders. Amazing product which really solves the problem statement using AI. Product sells by itself.

I would avoid at all costs. Great product but the leadership team has no experience and do not carry themselves in a professional manner.
