I think Primerica is a great company to learn how to sell. The biggest thing is using your market to start your journey into selling insurance but once you learn how to qualify and get quality refferals the sales become easier. They have trainings twice a week to get better at skill sets and I used them at my other sales jobs. It also prepares you since you will be managing your own clients to make sure everything in the back office gets done.

I did not have the best RVP which ruined the experience for me. I have also seen offices where the culture truly flourishes.
