Current Employee There is a strong need for what Primerica offers which is high quality financial services products including term life insurance (best in class), mutual funds, annuities and managed investment accounts (must be Series 65 Licensed). However, there is a lack of support for people to obtain results. They will hire pretty much anyone and encourage others to do the same which gives the company the vibe of being an MLM. The company does not remunerate people for hiring others but leadership often does require it for promotions. Your experience will vary immensely depending on who's team and office you are in. There are currently over 150 individuals making 7 figures within the organization so it is definitely possible to make a great living. However this encompasses a very small fraction of the organization. If you are full time working you should be able to make six figures when fully licensed.
