It's been a few years since I worked there as a Mid-Market SDR... but during my time, incredibly difficult.  AE's stayed in seat and leadership doesn't open up headcount, either through termination or adding to a team.  From what I saw, some AE's were very good, others weren't, but Pushpay's culture at the time was too gracious to low performers, both on the SDR and AE side, so there was never opportunity to move up.  I remember hearing stories of folks moving up quickly, but that was during a period of pure growth.

In line with that, the Pushpay product (giving tool) doesn't have a ton of room to grow.  Most of the larger churches use Pushpay but smaller churches would pay 3-4x more compared to other products.  Pushpay over recent years has made a lot of acquisitions to add to its topline growth so, in theory, one would have more things to sell, but the Pushpay product and brand itself has been oversaturated.  The company is trying to break into other industries so the optimist might say there's opportunity for decent growth.
