They have made a number of changes to their comp plan to make it a lot more enticing for AEs. Lots of C suite changes in the past few years- so that can be challenging.

Current Employee3.3Dec 15, 2023Old school leadership looking to add heads to hit list unrealistic targets instead of getting 80% of the team to 80% attainment. Product engineers are not focused on needle moving changes. Companies with half the development team are making bigger moves in the market.

Pushpay has priced themselves out of the market b/c they are 3-4 times as expensive as their competitors. This would not be a problem if marketing & Business Development efforts were being focused on true mid-market customers that are willing to pay more for a premium product....Read More
