Average BDR org. Our BDR managers a fantastic, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about each of us and our career growth. Unfortunately, some patches just get way more inbound than others and some AEs are more helpful than others so it can be a crapshoot.

No true culture; micromanagement (managers want DAILY updates on your opps); change is CONSTANT in leadership and comp plans (months of waiting for comp plans, territory changes every 6 mo. ); they frequently restructure and layoff employees; hardly any inbound leads this year.
