Great products and a recognised Gartner leader, but PE cost saving strategy is making things harder YOY. Marketing delivers no results despite a sizable team in place. Partners were sidelined in favor of a distributor. Less than 20% of IC hit quota in 2024, which is not reflected by the SLT results. Good for entry level roles and for those easing into retirement. Salaries below market rate. Culture and flexibility are the only things holding this place together

Incredible product. Rarely lose deals for technical reasons. It is a very technical sales cycle at times. Deal size and sales cycle length can vary greatly. Company itself is doing well but base and OTE comp plans are likely under market value.

Lots of changes and volatility, as we see in tech. Lead flow is low at the moment but we have an exciting market offering if we can tell our story to more people.
