Overall ok, quotas are too high, base too low. A lot of fields of improvement. Nevertheless culture is great, no micromanaging or toxic environment, which also is worth a lot.

Lots of changes and volatility, as we see in tech. Lead flow is low at the moment but we have an exciting market offering if we can tell our story to more people. The product suite is pretty awesome as they continue to make acquisitions and add to their AI offerings, but their recent comp plan changes are not sales friendly.
