Former Employee Quadax is an interesting company scaling within healthcare systems needing support in claims processing and adjudication. Its transactional business model enabled steady revenue and growth. Service and onboarding were well-executed, but product limitations were ongoing, and faster-moving competitors began to gain ground. As a privately held company, Quadax saw rapid growth in a short time. Compensation was on the lower end, but it was a solid starting point after college that taught me a lot and helped propel my career forward.
