Former Employee My expereince at Qwick was interesting to say the least. The issues fell on the business's ability to forecast or truly understand where revenue was coming from. This led to a chain reaction of inappropriate spending and a reactionary mindset. They operated on a no rules, rules concept which meant no metrics or structured accountability. This led to a lot of poor performers without repercussions. The entire C suite was replaced along with several layoffs. The product is great but there was just not the right people at the top to drive the business in the direction it needed to go.
