Worse mistake of my professional career. The company throws you in the deep end without any training or guidance. They are a predominately Federal VAR and the Fed space they excel, commercial/enterprise is a struggle. I know many others who had the same horrible experience that I did. I would definitely not recommend to a friend or recommend to a customer.

I would not recommend working for Red River. The Federal sales segment is disorganized and unethical. This is a company that is looking for people to bring their book of business. If you have a book, you can get paid. Beware, you will sign a compensation plan and then get a phone call that your commission is now 20% less because they need to share with the other team...Read More
