Good people, broken org. Lots of promises are made but rarely kept. Over 2 years of quota met but never a raise, bonus bump, or promotion. Everyone is unmotivated and not sure who’s getting laid off or quitting next. BDR manager teaches strats from the early 2000s. AEs don’t communicate with SDRs and think they are peons. SDRs often don’t know how a deal is progressing unless they ask a few times and rarely do they close. Tools and metrics are outdated. Leadership is out of touch. Creativity or individuality is *not* encouraged.

Everyone friendly but highly incompetent and unhelpful. I was let go in large layoff.

I would not recommend working for Red River. The Federal sales segment is disorganized and unethical. This is a company that is looking for people to bring their book of business. If you have a book, you can get paid. Beware, you will sign a compensation plan and then get a phone call that your commission is now 20% less because they need to share with the other team...Read More
