Overall RBA is an excellent company to work for. The large size of the company combined with the independently operated locations provides for a big corporation feel when it comes to resources and simultaneously has the family-owned small to mid size business feel when it comes to growth potential as an individual for contribution.

Overall experience was good. You can make 150-250 in your first year easy. You have to spend a lot of your own money on car expenses with 30k+ miles driven per year. If you crush it you make a lot, if not you make 6 figures after expenses still. Nights and weekends are tough but scheduling flexibility is nice
