Former Employee My overall experience was mid but there were a number of outside factors that contributed to this:
>Being in an election year scared homeowners,
>leads were not very fruitful for multiple months,
>weather issues made home visits sporadic
>Internal issues with local office
Despite that, they do a lot to train you/arm you with knowledge and the team is incredibly supportive, but you can still fall through the cracks. There is no base pay and the turnover rate is higher than anticipated. Go into this with eyes wide open if you pursue it.
