The company and products are extremely high-quality and wow it seems like there is dramatic difference between different renewal by Anderson locations. One thing remains the same which is that certain products are available in the retail space And are not necessarily exclusive. Corporate appears to want to move in a positive direction. Individual ownership groups appear to be the biggest issue. Success is largely driven based on brand, recognition and area, average income and ability to get financed.

Overall experience was good. You can make 150-250 in your first year easy. You have to spend a lot of your own money on car expenses with 30k+ miles driven per year. If you crush it you make a lot, if not you make 6 figures after expenses still. Nights and weekends are tough but scheduling flexibility is nice
