Current Employee its a fully commission role so not really relevant for base compensation. the organization is not for anyone, but they have the best product and its patent protected. the most organized business in the window and door industry with a brand that has roots that are over 120 years old, and a warranty that is unmatched in the industry. However, you're expected to close at 30 to 40 percent, leadership can vary from market to market but you'll be exposed to all markets. it seems like the organization for the most part wants to make improvements and continuously adapt, but like any organization you'll have some middle managers that see core values as lip service. overall, its been a great experience and if you can handle the full commission aspect and the heavy mileage of driving, and selling a product that is guaranteed to be higher than the customer will expect, than it is an awesome role.
