The remote aspect is nice, and generally the people at company are kind. As with any startup, there is a lot of ambiguity; however they changed the payout structure and ultimately shortened my variable by 75% after being at the company for almost two years. The turnover is already high and they do little to incentivize employees who show loyalty to the company.
