Demands on activity can be unreasonable, existing accounts can be hard to manage because price increases occur regularly, and you have to defend the price increase. The sales are there in an open market but corporate leadership needs to revamp them current model to be more sustainable in the future. Seems like we are losing more than we are gaining, need to find a better way of retaining customers and treating them better. Service is good and is a key.

This is a horrible place to work. It is focused around corporate profits and has shown many times over the years that it does not care about employee well being.

My overall experience in the 7 years I was with the company was not bad in the first 3 years. Years 4 and 5 were great for internal promotions. Year 6 was the best year I made base plus commission I blew it out of the park. Year 7 I was demoted making an hourly wage and NO COMMISSION. I LITERALLY HAD TO GET A 2nd JOB like WTH.
