Current Employee Some sales routes are better than others. Company has gone downhill overall. Commissions have been cut and reduced. They are currently restructuring, which brings layoffs and cuts.
Commission is different depending on department: grocery/retail sales are at 3% bars and restaurant sales are at 4%. No base salary, full commission. If you work hard and commit to incentives, you can make some decent money here. Incentives are paid out once a month on the 1st paycheck of the month.
