I was very fortunate to have great leadership. I was extremely grateful, because some people did not. I enjoyed the freedom to use my own style of sales and manage my accounts as I saw fit. Great compensation, but I believe that has changed in the last year.

You are limited by RNDC's ability to retain contracts with suppliers. Once the good suppliers leave, good luck.

Overall experience was great. Worked for the company for over 5 years. Not much upward mobility or support of upward mobility however.
