Former Employee My overall experience was plagued with executive leadership movement. Many sales leaders were brought in who had no experience in the industry and began to recreate a blanketed sales approach without any industry knowledge. They then threw a heavy reliance on their direct reports to teach them about the industry while the team began missing quotas for the first time in years.
