I was a top performer (ranked #1 on my team 4 of 5 years) and I made good money. It wasn't wasn't enough to retire on though. The culture there was terrible though. Some of the worst leaders in my career. I wouldn't recommend.

They are paying very well for SDRs in France. Remote company. 4 day week. But the career progression for entry level job like SDR in Europe, is very very poor.

The best approach is to see it as a challenge that you have to overcome on your own (DIY) - only the strong survive.
