Pros. Good benefits, good people, nice office for local workers, okay bonus ladder Cons Low base salary Not the company it once was. Business model does not alight with the current economy. New policies are adding redundancy to the daily work flow, heavily impacting employee moral. Obvious favouritism/leniency of long standing employees who do not follow company rules. ("dont ask,dont tell" cheating) Lack of training and time given to new hires (dependant on your teams manager) Middle Management is checkout and only focusing on top performers. There is a chance it becomes a great company if they listen to their employees feed back more but as it stand now, id give it an "low OK"

Over a decade with company. First 6 years were great then Board hired an outside CEO for first time in company’s history. High paid managers - not leaders - whose only concern is to shareholders and their own bonus money.
