Great colleagues, great company overall, timeless memories and friends made, training through onboarding doesn't match with what is asked of you at desk. Well-known brand. There was a draw on salary, and you can go into a negative monthly. A lot of company politics and a cutthroat environment.

Base salary is very low no matter the market. RH is superior to the competition in technical tools and database, but they are pricier than competitors who offer similar services. Nearly all leads are self-generated, and it's a lot of cold prospecting.
