Current Employee Leadership does not have a grasp of how to reliably grow in a down employment market where there is more competition, less buyers, and more buying hesitance. Doubling down on an old formula and culture is their crutch. The service has become an undifferentiated luxury commodity, and it's unclear if PMF will weather the storm and increase in value enough to support growth in the coming 12 months.
