Leadership does not have a grasp of how to reliably grow in a down employment market where there is more competition, less buyers, and more buying hesitance. Doubling down on an old formula and culture is their crutch. The service has become an undifferentiated luxury commodity, and it's unclear if PMF will weather the storm and increase in value enough to support growth in the coming 12 months.

I do not see a lot of demand for temporary staffing services other than emergency maternity leave coverage and the overall product being temporary employees is not a great solution. They are hard to deal with and don’t always make a great impression on you as a salesperson. There is also a lot of internal competition for job orders and clients

Well-known brand. There was a draw on salary, and you can go into a negative monthly. A lot of company politics and a cutthroat environment.
