Rooms to Go provided a high-energy sales environment with strong training on product knowledge and upselling techniques. I appreciated the opportunity to develop my closing skills and consistently meet sales targets. However, the commission structure and limited career advancement opportunities posed challenges. Overall, it was a solid experience for building retail sales fundamentals.

good people but work pay is not good all commission hard to make a living depending on what store u work at. work all holidays and weekends no life balance.
