Former Employee I was a sales rep for 5 years. I left when they were getting bought out and comp plan was changing. This place isn’t the worst sales job I had. Very low base ~55000 but I enjoyed the comp plan. It was unlimited and I earned about $150,000 in comp after year 2. If you are actually hungry and go sell it is rewarding. I walked into a territory that was dead, only 10 points a month and turned it into 80-90. Equipment is super easy to sell once you learn it. I actually had a good sales manager there and he was also leaving when I was.
