My overall experience was disappointing. High pressure sales and a complete lack of trust or appreciation from leadership. In all of my career I’ve never been treated like an idiot until I worked there. Zero culture. Diversity is clearly not a priority. No thanks..

Private equity backed business - across-the-board cuts that impact customer satisfaction, caused major churn - company was raising SaaS prices mid-contract, and started inexplicably charging for support - a very difficult environment to succeed in, even for seasoned and savvy sellers.

Frankly, the leadership here is lacking. There is so much opportunity for growth and at one point there was a good reputation in the industry, but leadership has thrown it all down the drain. The company game plan focuses on growth by acquisition, gutting the acquired companies, and trying to ride out the acquired contracts as long as possible before inevitable churn...Read More

This place is really a mess and it’s so sad because it didn’t have to be. No leadership, customers hate the company, the PE firm and their operatives are utterly useless, management does nothing but ask for pipeline updates and have reviews, product hasn’t delivered in years….and the sales team is blamed for all of it. Pass unless you have to have the check.
