My experience with Ryan Homes was top notch. The interview process was intense and consisted of panel interviews. They are looking for the best of the best so be prepared and look very professional. Once you get hired you will be exposed to the best training in the industry. You will learn to read blue prints, walk homesites, present and negotiate contracts, prepare and go over cost estimates, explore financing solutions, and learn a proven sales process. The more motivated you are the better. You can exceed quotas by being proactive and thinking out of the box. If you are merely an order taker you won’t be prepared to sell in a down market and your job may become extinct. The culture was work hard and play hard. There were lots of incentives to include company trips and fun days to boost team morale. I worked here for 7 years prior to exploring other opportunities. In retrospect, I wish that I never left as no builder does it better than Ryan Homes.
