Leadership recognizing talent for leadership positions is really bad, managers are risk averse and politics/ relationships matter more then doing a good job.

Current Employee3.7Jun 19, 2025Great product. Perfect vision & strategy. Unfortunately they tend to constant overworking of small teams with partially bad leadership. But it is a truly great organization. Great to be Part of SAP.
