My time there was long enough to see them acquire other companies, and while it was great working in a competitive environment, culture-wise it allowed employee mistreatment and repetitive misconduct (verbal abuse). The compensation was lower than market value for the role, and the company didn’t fulfill the commission agreement to some of the employees.

Overall, leadership was top notch and it offered a supportive and efficient environment to try new things. Most training was done one-on-one and personal projects were fully supported.
