Leadership is dedicated to evolving a professional sales organization. Inbound or organic lead flow is nearly non existent. Great company, great product, incredibly smart people throughout the org.

Great at the start, lots of very switched on dynamic managers but strategic changes have left sales people under resourced and made the job 2x as hard. Not what it used to be lots of T&Cs to avoid paying commission. Nice culture within sales teams but very siloed approach to working.
