Loved my first 6 months, hated my final 2 years. Pushed by poor leaders and an even worse culture to the point of overbearing stress and felt I had no choice but to leave. If you want to feel like you're in an extension of College, you'll enjoy it. If you're serious about your career, you'll get bored very quickly.
