Strong opportunity to transition from b2b corporate sales into business ownership. There is no base compensation from Sandler provided but many new owners include this in their funding plans and budget for this for first 12-18 months. I consider the percentage Sandler receives from every sale to be reasonable. Sandler provides resources, templates and all the training materials you need to get up and running. The Network of experienced Franchisees is very supportive and readily shares what's worked for them and generously offer their time to answer questions and even provide ad-hoc coaching. Culture among franchisees is very supportive and empathetic.

Great organization for a mature salesperson with a more entrepreneurial spirit. Do not expect a lot from marketing. Whole industry is struggling right now.
