Schindler has great values and great people. They offer one of the higher base salaries for employees in the elevator industry. The biggest downfall is the commission structure. There is potential to make good money but not extreme amounts of money. The deal sizes are large but the commission paid out doesn’t match up. There is a lot of freedom to the job. The biggest trade off is a higher base for smaller commission.

The company has so much potential to succeed but continually shoots themselves in the foot. They do not care about the customers and that is not hidden from the customers.
