Current Employee While the product itself had potential, the experience was consistently undermined by a significant disconnect at the management level. There was a pervasive feeling that leadership struggled to accurately grasp the evolving marketplace and customer needs, leading to strategic decisions that often felt out of touch. This lack of clear, informed direction from the top created frustration, impacting not only daily workflow but also limiting our ability to truly compete effectively.
