Current Employee In my experience, I have witnessed poor leadership, micromanagement, and a disconnect in communication between the company to their employees and customers. This has fostered an environment of distrust, high stress, and high employee turnover rates. Territories and reps get reassigned every year or 2 which creates frustration and confusion for the customer. It also brings down morale with employees, as the territory they worked so hard to grow relationships in is now gone. The benefits are great, but the toxic work environment outweighs anything good about the role and/or company. Browse Other Reviews
